Contract Administrator

On behalf of our client we are now looking for a structured and flexible Contract Administrator for quick start- up.


Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Maintenance of the Contiki software system
  • Maintain contract management checklists and plans
  • Review annual escalations/rate adjustments , POs, and invoices
  • Administer subsurface agreements and contract extensions
  • Assist in the preparation/update of tender documents
  • Perform contract closure documentation
  • Various administrative tasks



  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven analytical skills including ability to gather, interpret complex data, summarise and communicate simply and effectively
  • Knowledge of Category/Contract Management including market insight, business partnering, negotiation, on-going supplier management and governance
  • Good IT skills
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Proactive, flexible, resilient, motivated and results oriented
