Responsibilities
- Develop safe, efficient, and cost-effective well intervention programs in compliance with governing documents, requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Ensure that intervention designs meet operational objectives and incorporate a full life-cycle perspective addressing well integrity, safety, and performance.
- Execute intervention engineering activities onshore and provide offshore supervision as required. Monitor operational progress against plans, identifying and implementing corrective actions to ensure safe and successful delivery.
- Provide technical support to the procurement process, including preparation of specifications and evaluation of technical tenders.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and relevant regulations during all phases of the intervention work.
- Prepare safe and cost-effective well intervention programs in line with the company’s Well Delivery Process.
- Act as the company representative offshore, serving as the Drilling & Well (D&W) Supervisor during intervention operations.
- Capture, document, and follow up on lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and organizational learning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date intervention documentation, reports, and operational data.
- Contribute to the preparation of Final Well Reports and facilitate post-job reviews to ensure key learnings are implemented
Qualifications
- Relevant M.Sc. degree, relevant experience can compensate for education
- Sound technical understanding of D&W planning and operations
- 5 years + of relevant experience
