Main Responsibilities
Act in accordance with Company core values and HSE programme
Follow-up project activities on a night shift for the project
Monitor contractor activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement mitigation for HSE, quality, and progress.
Main Tasks
- Ensure field attendance during night shift, attend all contractor shift meetings
- Follow up HSE, Quality and work progress together with the Contractor
- Lead and assist the contractor in identifying areas for improvement.
- Act in accordance with Company core values and HSE programme
- Company representative during night shift
- Ensure and assist the contractor so that activities are planned and executed in a timely manner.
- Cooperate actively with the project team during the execution of Commissioning and Construction.
- Plan activities with the Contractor's organisation in accordance with established procedures and plans.
- Ensure activities are in accordance with Company and Contractor requirements for “Safe Execution of Work”
- Undertake a review of previous lessons learned and the incorporation of relevant lessons learned into project planning
Education:
- University degree in Engineering, extensive experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- Preferred FROSIO certified
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a lead or manager on larger development projects
