Responsibilities
- Ensure that good planning and coordination of all audit activities are taken care of in accordance with the company and client's requirements and expectations
- Responsible for planning and follow-up in accordance with audit milestones
- Together with the installation manager, establish the organisation and resources to manage activities on the sites before, during, and after the shutdown.
- User interface and reporting for the customer's audit responsibilities
- Assist the installation manager on site during the execution of the audit.
- Ensure progress on activities is reported daily for updates to S-Curves.
- Ensure that extra tools, rental equipment, and consumables are mobilised
- Ensure the demobilisation and logistics of tools and equipment are handled in an efficient manner
- Procurement authority for materiel and tools
Qualifications
- MSc/BSc in a relevant subject area, or a relevant trade certificate
- Relevant experience and/or additional education can compensate for a lack of formal higher education.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably on the Norwegian continental shelf
- Desirable to have documented experience as a line coordinator.
- Knowledge of IFS and SAP would be an advantage
