Main Tasks
- Establish and maintain a fit-for-purpose completion and handover structure in PIMS in line with project requirements and company standards
- Ensure correct scoping and traceable documentation of Mechanical Completion, Preservation, and Commissioning activities within PIMS CMS.
- Maintain data quality and alignment between engineering, construction, and commissioning disciplines to enable efficient project execution and handover.
- Manage scope effectively
- Ensure handover certificates (RFCC, RFOC) are properly coordinated, documented, and approved according to project requirements
- Facilitate handover reviews.
- Promote collaboration between project teams, contractors and operations to achieve transparent, safe and efficient completion processes
- Ensure compliance with HSE principles, management systems, and technical standards during all project phases.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of work processes, system functionality, and best practices for project completion and commissioning management.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in oil and gas projects, encompassing engineering, fabrication, construction, and commissioning. Subsea experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PIMS CMS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong expertise in LCI processes and documentation requirements
- Strong interpersonal, managerial, and communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Focused on HSSE and quality in all project phases
