Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the safe and efficient operation (incl. HSE & Quality) of the installations in line with the company's values
- Responsible for establishing and updating method descriptions, installation plans and level 5 plans (job package level)
- Responsible for the operational plan and AO plan against the installation
- Verify and approve offshore personnel according to the competence matrix, and approve staffing
- Ensure activities are carried out according to plans and specifications
- Responsibility for communication towards offshore, holding morning meetings and departure meetings
- Coordination and facilitation of subcontractors in relation to the plan
- Contribute to the good preparation and execution of turnaround shutdowns and campaigns
- Actively cooperate with all units in the project to ensure optimal execution of the contract
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality of the company's deliverables
Qualifications
8 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 1 apprenticeship certificate and/or engineering education
Personal qualities
Good communication skills with internal and external customers, written and verbal
Good professional and multidisciplinary understanding
Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
