We are now looking for a tidy, detail-oriented, and structured finance consultant for an engagement with one of our clients. We are looking for someone with a good understanding of systems and experience with Visma Enterprise.
Job responsibilities
- Control and distribution of incoming invoices
- Follow-up on reminders
- Invoice processing and invoicing
- Remitting
- Various other relevant tasks
Qualifications
- Higher education qualifications
- Long or particularly relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education
- Experience with accounting work in Visma Enterprise
- Experience with controlling VAT codes and the Norwegian standard chart of accounts and their usage.
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of and understanding of relevant regulations
- Good oral and written communication skills in Norwegian
- You take initiative, work independently, and have the ability to familiarise yourself with new issues.
- You are accurate, structured, and systematic, in addition to having good collaboration skills and enjoying teamwork.
- You can also handle periods of high workload and have a good work capacity
