Job duties
- Processing of travel bills, invoices and refund claims.
- Certification and guidance regarding financial requirements.
- Guidance and follow-up for test subjects and employers.
- Development and maintenance of routines, procedures and quality systems.
- Contribute to the efficient operation and improvement of work processes.
- Course for exam committee members in the applicable regulations and financial systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent. Relevant experience can compensate for the educational requirement.
- Good understanding of economics, regulations, and administrative processes.
- Experience with quality systems, routines, and procedural work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good digital skills. Knowledge of Xledger and SD Worx is an advantage.

- Structured, independent and responsible.
- Service-oriented and solution-oriented.
- Enjoy both day-to-day operational tasks and development work.
- Good collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate tasks.
