Job duties
• Financial monitoring, cost control of a newly started project
• Responsible for preparing and delivering monthly numerical analysis reports to the client
• Customer contact point
• Responsible for monthly reporting to the finance department and sister company
• Responsible for ensuring correct handling and coding of invoices in the project as well as quality assure that invoices are in accordance with entered contracts
• Act as an advisor and assist Project Controllers as needed
• Other incidental work related to financial follow-up in the project
Required qualifications
• Higher education in economics
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in controlling (experience from the construction industry is an advantage)
• Good commercial and financial understanding of, and experience with, contract work
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Good system competence and advanced Excel user; experience with ByggOffice is an advantage or other project management systems
