On behalf of our customer, we are currently looking for a systematic and independant HSE Coordinator. We’re seeking a proactive and detail-focused HSE Coordinator to help maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance across offshore operations. Main tasks and responsibilities :

Ensure all activities comply with the Company’s HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the HSE Management System, suggesting improvements where needed.

Maintain and update HSE documentation and ensure alignment with client, authority, and contractual requirements.

Support the Rig Manager and Project Manager in interpreting and implementing HSE-related contract requirements.

Maintain daily contact with the offshore unit and client to address general HSE matters and operational alignment.

Participate in morning meetings with the MOU to ensure a continuous focus on HSE performance.

Coordinate closely with the Operations team and onboard management to resolve HSE issues and promote best practices.

Monitor and support the offshore unit’s Safety Delegate system to ensure it functions effectively.

Ensure that risk assessments and emergency preparedness analyses are kept up to date and reflect current conditions.

Track the progress and implementation of the HSE program on the MOU and maintain regular communication with the Safety Supervisor and Medic.

Stay informed about industry developments, authority regulations, and client requirements related to HSE.
Qualifications:
- Higher technical education/HSE education
- Experience with HSE, preferably from drilling activities or oil & gas industry
- Able to work systematic and independently
- Good communication skills, with ability to speak and write both Norwegian and English in a clear manner
