Planner

Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of EPCI projects; from concept to delivery
• Develop project WBS based on project execution philosophy
• Establish and maintain project networks schedules, using Safran planning tool
• Ensure effective communication across the project phases
• Change Management and close monitoring of project critical path
• Maintain and follow up manpower projection plan
• Monitoring and reporting project progress

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ planning experience from the oil & gas industry on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (brownfield/greenfield)
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in using Safran planning tool
• Knowledge of PEM and IFS ERP system
• Proficient in Norwegian and English, both orally and written
• Proactive team player with analytic skills
• Strong communication skills
