Main Tasks
- Own and manage well integrity from the design phase through P&A for all operated wells
- Work closely with QAQC function to ensure appropriate quality levels are implemented for well integrity related activities
- Maintain networks in external industry forums like WIF, P&A forum etc. to allow knowledge sharing
- Update and manage assigned critical documents, such as the Well Integrity Manual
- Maintain and update well barrier documentation and data
- Drive and support initiatives aimed at achieving and sustaining Best-in-Class well integrity and operational performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field. Master’s degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in well integrity, well construction, well intervention and/or production operations
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements regarding well barrier integrity, and P&A
