Main Accountabilities
Act in accordance with Company core values and HSE program
Follow up project activities on nigh shift on project
Follow up contractor activities, identify improvement areas, and mitigate both for HSE, quality and progress
Main Tasks
- Ensure field attendance during nightshift, attend all contractor shift meetings
- Follow up HSE, Quality and work progress together with Contractor
- Lead and assist contractor to look for improvement areas
- Act in accordance with Company core values and HSE program
- Company representative during nightshift
- Ensure and assist contractor that activities are timely planned and executed
- Actively cooperate with the project team during execution of Commissioning and Construction
- Plan activities together with the Contractor’s organisation in accordance with established procedures and plans
- Ensure activities are in accordance with Company and Contractor requirements for “Safe Execution of Work”
- Undertake a review of previous lessons learned and the incorporation of relevant lessons learned into project planning
Education:
- University degree in Engineering, long extensive experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- Preferred FROSIO certified
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as lead or manager within larger development projects
