Main Tasks
- Project(s) procurement lead
- Plan, develop, implement and execute specific and overall contract strategies, invitation to tender, bid opening, negotiation and evaluation, clarifications, contractual drafts, awards and handovers and document and archive same.
- Contract management and close out
- Take initiative to and ensure experience transfer.
- Support the business as required.
- Identify key risks and opportunities related to the procurement process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, can be compensated with long experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within procurement
- Oil & gas industry experience, preferably from operator side
- Knowledge of Procurement Systems and project procurement
- Excellent English and Norwegian language skills, both written and verbal
