Procurement Advisor

Main Tasks

  • Project(s) procurement lead
  • Plan, develop, implement and execute specific and overall contract strategies, invitation to tender, bid opening, negotiation and evaluation, clarifications, contractual drafts, awards and handovers and document and archive same.
  • Contract management and close out
  • Take initiative to and ensure experience transfer.
  • Support the business as required.
  • Identify key risks and opportunities related to the procurement process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, can be compensated with long experience
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience within procurement
  • Oil & gas industry experience, preferably from operator side
  • Knowledge of Procurement Systems and project procurement
  • Excellent English and Norwegian language skills, both written and verbal
