Main Responsibilities
- Monitor, secure, coordinate and follow up document deliverables internally and from suppliers in early phase and execution projects
- Establish and follow up MDRs, including comments from responsible persons and relevant reviewers, delivery dates and milestones, and report status and trends to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate and monitor technical and administrative information in close cooperation with the relevant parties
- Manage and ensure compliance with established processes for document review, updates, approvals, storage, and handover to operations
- Ensure an efficient and traceable workflow for technical and administrative documentation between relevant parties.
- Support in preparing for project reviews on dedicated projects
- Provide training to project teams, base organisation and contractors on document management systems and procedures
- Take part in developing and revising/maintaining procedures, guidelines and systems
Qualifications
- Knowledge about PIMS, Office 365, SharePoint and Teams
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within development and execution projects in the oil and gas industry
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English
