Our process
Startup
Job analysis and requirements specification are being prepared, and process choices are being made. We will select relevant advertising sources and prepare a timeline.
Search
We start in Key Personnel's candidate database and our network. We map interesting professional communities and advertise on social media and various websites/media.
Release
Review of CVs and current candidates. 1st interview round. Clarification and selection of suitable candidates to proceed in the process.
Interviews/tests.
Deep interviews and case completion. Personality and aptitude tests carried out by appointment. Presentation of shortlist.
References:
Conducting reference interviews for top candidates. Reference report on 3-4 references per candidate.
Candidate selection
Advising on the selection of top candidates and terms. Sending out and signing of offers.
Follow-up
Follow-up with customers and employees at startup and after 4-6 months.
