Operations and Maintenance Planner

Key responsibilities

  • Leading role in Asset Operations
  • Deliver an integrated 14-day operational plan that adjusts production activities across departments and disciplines, ensuring safe and efficient execution (aligned with HSSE requirements).
  • Ensure the planning complies with current internal standards
  • 90-day plan including POB allocations
  • Always seek opportunities to create added value through optimisation of schedules/plans.
  • Ensure accuracy and readiness by maintaining close collaboration with operations, maintenance, logistics, engineering teams, and others
  • Support production optimisation by aligning activity timing with resource priorities and constraints

Main tasks

  • Optimise timing of production activities in a 14-day schedule
  • Coordinate activities across units and departments into an integrated asset plan (including close collaboration with the Maintenance Coordinator).
  • Plan daily operational activities (14-day plan)
  • Plan a 90-day plan and facilitate POB allocation
  • Support the Asset Operations Manager with a 2-year plan/operational master plan and a 1-year plan
  • Support OIM in POB prioritisation for ongoing plan
  • Facilitating communication and adaptation through regular planning meetings and updates to stakeholders
  • Close cooperation with integrated planning to support optimisation across assets

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with planning maintenance shutdowns, project management, or similar technical planning work
  • Good knowledge of SIMOPS and coordination of complex operations
  • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented with strong execution skills
  • Ability to handle parallel processes and deliver under time pressure
  • Good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively across disciplines and organisations
  • Has good knowledge of Safran Projects, SAP and relevant planning tools
  • Drift experience is an advantage
