Job duties
The working day will be part of an interdisciplinary and diverse team, with extensive internal and external contact. You will work with tasks such as:
- Designs commercial and competitive contract and procurement strategies, and contributes to the strategic development of procurement within the company.
- Leads the tendering process and quality assures the procurement processes together with the departments from preparation, execution and negotiations to evaluation and contract management.
- Manages existing and future agreements, ensures implementation and reporting. You follow up and measure supplier performance over time, conduct ongoing risk assessments, and handle deviations, complaints, and disputes.
- Establishes pricing formats and incentive models, as well as updates relevant registers and databases.
Location: Kristiansund, Bergen or Trondheim
Competence and Education
Good understanding of economics and price optimisation, and an interest in the field.
Knowledge of working with strategy, tenders, agreements, suppliers, and/or projects – including evaluation, negotiation, and follow-up over time.
Business economics degree or a master's degree in industrial economics, supply chain management (SCM), law, or equivalent.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken, in Norwegian and English.
Five or more years of experience in one or more relevant areas.
