Main Tasks
- Management of activities in accordance with the Hub's and the Licence plan
- Ensure timely delivery and manage key elements in the annual cycle, preliminary budget, Work Programme and Budget (WP&B), RNB, production applications including relevant permits.
- Management Committee (MC) Secretary; organise and facilitate MC and TC meetings and follow-up, including L2S management
- Prepare presentations, facilitate meetings, compile minutes of meetings, and book rooms and facilities
- Manage L2S communication and internal document control for L2S documents
- Provide administrative support to the Hub Leader, participate in Department Management team meetings and assist with internal reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience, preferably within licence management
