Main Tasks

  • Management of activities in accordance with the Hub's and the Licence plan
  • Ensure timely delivery and manage key elements in the annual cycle, preliminary budget, Work Programme and Budget (WP&B), RNB, production applications including relevant permits.
  • Management Committee (MC) Secretary; organise and facilitate MC and TC meetings and follow-up, including L2S management
  • Prepare presentations, facilitate meetings, compile minutes of meetings, and book rooms and facilities
  • Manage L2S communication and internal document control for L2S documents
  • Provide administrative support to the Hub Leader, participate in Department Management team meetings and assist with internal reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably within licence management
