Main Tasks
- Management of activities according to the Hub`s and the License plan
- Ensure timely delivery and manage key elements in the annual cycle, Prelim budget, Work Program & Budget (WP&B), RNB, Production applications incl. relevant permits
- Management Committee (MC) Secretary; organize and facilitate MC and TC meetings and follow-up, including L2S management
- Prepare presentations, facilitate meetings, compile MoM, and booking of rooms and facilities
- Manage L2S communication and internal document control for L2S documents
- Provide admin assistance to the Hub Leader, participate in Department Management team meetings and assist in internal reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience, preferably within license management
