Duties and responsibilities
- Execute work in line with the project contracts such as conditions of contracts and appendixes for commercial and administrative requirements
- Monitor and control actual cost and revenues against budget and current estimates for all phases and levels in the project
- Identify and track performance indicators
- Establish reports, internal and external
- Establish cash flow calculations
- Timely and proactive invoicing according to the provisions of the contract
- Assist in Monthly project and portfolio reporting
- Register and follow-up project manhours
- Other Ad-hoc administrative work in the project
Qualifications
- Relevant formal higher education
- Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English, both written and oral
- Have the ability to work independently (under supervision) and in a team, to be proactive and focused on safety
