Main Tasks
- Monitor, secure, coordinate and follow up document deliverables internally and from suppliers / third party
- Ensure that all technical and administrative information meets the requirements
- Ensure that work processes are followed and that the relevant requirements are communicated to relevant parties
- Develop, implement and continuously improve work processes for document control
- Ensure efficient and traceable workflow for technical and administrative documentation between relevant parties
- Contribute to continuously improve the use of new tools and technologies
- Configure and maintain document management systems, including correspondence
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced document controllers when relevant
- Support in preparing for project reviews on dedicated projects
Qualifications
- Experience with document control from early phase/project development and execution projects, preferably for an Operator
- Experience in PIMS
- Knowledge about XaitPorter, Office 365, SharePoint and Teams
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the Oil and Gas industry
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in English
