5 tips når du skal ta imot din nye medarbeider

  1. Make sure you are present to personally welcome the new employee to the department.
  2. Please let the candidate start a little later on their first day of work, so that everyone is in place and the coffee is ready.
  3. Have office space, access and PC ready
  4. Ensure that the first two working days are well-planned so that the candidate has plenty to do from the start
  5. If possible, it is optimal to designate a permanent main contact person who will be responsible for all or part of the training.
