- Make sure you are present to personally welcome the new employee to the department.
- Please let the candidate start a little later on their first day of work, so that everyone is in place and the coffee is ready.
- Have office space, access and PC ready
- Ensure that the first two working days are well-planned so that the candidate has plenty to do from the start
- If possible, it is optimal to designate a permanent main contact person who will be responsible for all or part of the training.
