The labour market is constantly changing, which means it is more important than ever to ensure access to the right skills. At NøkkelPersonell, we have always had a strong focus on quality, efficiency and high satisfaction for our customers, candidates and consultants. In addition, we take great pride in contributing to a fair and inclusive labour market. It is important to us that we continuously develop and adapt to the labour market. Therefore, several of our recruiters chose to become certified in Fairsight.
We are using Fairsight as a tool that is applied in conjunction with other elements in our recruitment processes, in combination with our own professional expertise. After one year of use, we find that our selection processes are more accurate, targeted, fair, and effective. This is and should be some of the most important things a recruiter focuses on in such a process.

The tests are developed based on classical psychological principles, and provide good and precise insight into personality, work style and competence. This insight can be used for many purposes, including the development and improvement of teams or leadership groups.
