Senior Økonomirådgiver

There is currently a heavy workload in the Department for Finance, Corporate Governance and Shared Services. Until the end of 2026, our client needs to strengthen the finance function with an experienced senior financial adviser who can assist the CFO and contribute to stable and efficient financial management, as well as the preparation of analyses for management. The assignment includes assistance within accounting, financial management and reporting. The consultant will work independently and in close collaboration with the CFO and the finance function.

We are looking for a consultant who can carry out:

  • Quality assurance of the monthly financial close
  • Preparation of monthly financial analyses, including variance analyses and commentary notes
  • Preparation of quarterly financial forecasts
  • Assistance with monthly and quarterly reporting to the board and owners
  • Contribute to the improvement and further development of processes and routines related to accounting and financial reporting

     

Desired competence and qualities:

  • Higher education in economics
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial management and accounting
  • Experience with financial analysis, forecasting and reporting to management and the board of directors
  • Experience from the public sector or publicly owned companies is an advantage
  • Good system understanding and very good skills in Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and analytically
