On behalf of a client, we are now searching for an analytical Senior Project Cost Controller. The right candidate will have a relevant higher education and 3-5 years of experience in cost control/project control. The individual we are looking for has an eye for detail, good communication skills, and is a team player.
Duties and responsibilities
- Carry out work in line with the company's processes and procedures relating to the position, aligned with relevant project administrative requirements.
- Control and co-ordinate cost information for all phases and levels in the project
- Provide continuous updates of costs and revenue and maintain the project forecast
- Provide early detection of deviations to budgets and trends
- Identify and track performance indicators and provide experience data
- Set up and keep up analysis and reports
- Establish and maintain cash flow forecasts
- Carry out timely and proactive invoicing as per the contract provisions.
- Registration and follow-up of expended man-hours
Qualifications
- Relevant higher education qualifications
- 3-5 years relevant experience from the energy sector
- Experienced and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flydende sprogkundskaber i norsk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt
Personal qualities
- Proactive with a commercial approach
- Solution-oriented
- Analytic
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
