Fra engasjert jobbsøker til ansatt: Slik jobber vi med nyutdannede kandidater

For many students and recent graduates, the transition from studies to working life can be challenging. Many are ready with education, motivation, and a strong desire to contribute, but continually face a job market where competition is fierce and demanding. At the same time, they face demands for experience that they haven't yet had the opportunity to gain.

Here at NøkkelPersonell, we meet many young candidates who have the drive, skills, and commitment, but who need the right opportunity to get started. This is precisely where we want to be a team player. We at NøkkelPersonell are passionate about seeing the person behind the CVs, understanding their potential, and contributing to the right person finding the right place.

Recently, we've had the pleasure of following several enthusiastic candidates on their journey into the working world. After a career evening at BI Norwegian Business School, we came into contact with several eager and motivated students who were ready for their next opportunity. Three of them have now entered the workforce before completing their studies through processes with us. We are proud of this!

Leonita was one of the candidates who early on showed a clear commitment and had a distinct goal of getting into relevant employment. Through further dialogue, interviews, and follow-up, it became clear she had both the motivation and the qualities required. Today, she is working with us at NøkkelPersonell in a temporary position as HR Administrator.

Camilla also came into contact with us at this event, and she chose to pursue the contact further. She was curious, focused, and open to new opportunities. After an interview and further process, a new opportunity arose. Camilla is now in an engagement as a Management Coordinator at Kolumbus.

Karoline is another example of how important it is to meet candidates with openness and belief in their potential. During the interview with us, she showed commitment, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to combine theory with practical experience. For us, it's not just about the candidate's experience, but also about their attitude and drive. Karoline has secured a summer job through NøkkelPersonell and will complete the final year of her bachelor's degree in the autumn.  

We also have several candidates in various processes. Some have already been presented to relevant businesses, others are in dialogue, and several are ready for the right opportunity. These are candidates with the motivation, capacity, and desire to contribute. For our clients, this means access to individuals who are not just looking for a job, but who want to be part of creating value.

What the candidates had in common was that they were on it, engaged, and eager for an opportunity. They took the initiative, followed up, and showed that they genuinely wanted to develop. At the same time, our role at NøkkelPersonell has been to be a facilitator and link between the candidate and the employer.
