When might it be relevant to contact Key Personnel?

We handle both recruitment and the temporary hiring of consultants for both longer and shorter periods. We can assist you and your company in various scenarios, for instance, if your company:

  • Need to get a new employee in place quickly
  • Have advertised yourself, but haven't found the right candidate among the applicants
  • Don't have the time or capacity to run the recruitment process yourself
  • Need a temporary resource (e.g. for sick leave or leave of absence) for a longer or shorter period of time
  • Seldom hires and needs advice and support to ensure a good process and a successful hire.
  • We need to hire/promote internally and would like an objective assessment of the applicants.

How can we help?

We tailor the process to your needs and the scope of the position. You can choose what suits you best, whether you want support through parts of the process or the whole thing. We are happy to advise on how we believe the process should be designed. You can also add, for example, tests or cases as the process develops.

What if there's an urgent need to bring in a new employee?

Processes do not need to be long and drawn out. We can limit the search to our extensive candidate database, in addition to searching our network. This will make the process faster, as many of these candidates have already had initial interviews, references have been checked, and documents such as diplomas and certificates have been obtained.
